Elizabeth G38 days agoThe Made in the Shade team has been awesome! They were quick to respond, quick to act, & yet applied no pressure for me to hurry up. The installation process was very quick & efficient. Thank you for everything!Posted on GoogleSteve S78 days agoWhole process was very good. From initial consultation to installation, the team was professional. They allowed time for our research and answered questions without any pressure to make a decision. We are happy with the installation and operation of our shutters. A real enhancement to our home, allowing both natural sunlight and privacy. Great job Jeremy. We decided to install the cafe shutters on the last three windows facing out the back of the house. Jeremy’s team (Matt) was courteous and professional. Great job Matt.+1Posted on GoogleDebbie P82 days agoThey offered a large number of options and I was very happy with the salesperson and installation.Posted on GoogleKelley N91 days agoMade in the Shade made my house a home! Jeremy was excellent in guiding my choices as well as taking the most perfect measurements for my window blinds. Nolan and Matt were true professionals during the installation and so kind. Exceptional customer service!+1Posted on GoogleScarlett H92 days agoWe were looking for "shade" on our deck, but didn't want to mount an awning on our roof, which would be required because of the geometry of the deck. MITS Jeremy came out, agreed with our concerns, and found an alternative: Shadowspec Retreat....a wall mounted umbrella that extends, tilts, and give us all the shade we wanted. The product is great! but BEST OF ALL is the exceptional customer service we received from Jeremy. He went out of his way to make sure I could operate the umbrella (because I'm short, and have had a stroke) before installing it. I have so much respect for him and the company. I have already recommended them to 3 people, and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for good products and great customer care and service!Posted on GoogleKim K101 days agoSo thankful to find Made in the Shade after struggling with other companies. It was so easy from quote to install to payment. The blinds were installed perfectly. The quality is great, and price was very reasonable. We have numerous double windows and I thought we’d need two side by side blinds because I read of sagging with big box stores, I’m so glad I asked and one was recommended for aesthetics. A beautiful 5-stars!+0Posted on GoogleJamie F128 days agoHad a great experience with Brad and the team from Made in the Shade! We love our shutters and Roman shades. They deserve more than 5 stars, it is a great company with great people that care about you. I am very pleased with them.Posted on GoogleNathan K286 days agoGreat team to work with and our blinds look excellent. We couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommend.Posted on GoogleSally K288 days agoI LOVE everything about doing business with Made in the Shade. Everyone is pleasant to talk with. They are very attentive to the final effect you want for the blinds on your windows and have just the product to make my vision a reality. I needed a creamy off white in some windows but white in others yet I needed them all to go together. No problem for them. Recently I added blinds to two rooms I hadn’t updated on my first contract with Made in the Shade and again they matched what they had done last year. Having upgraded my blinds with them once before I shouldn’t have been surprised, but once installed in the two bedrooms I could hardly believe how much they upgraded the whole room. Quality products, quality folks.Posted on GoogleAllan K292 days agoGreat service. Super easy and friendly. Very high quality on a job requiring custom shapes and matching of prior colors. Would definitely use again.Posted on GoogleBrad C313 days agoMy wife and myself attempt to do updates to our home as it continues to age. We decided to update our window treatments and reached out to Brad Hicks with Made in the Shade (Mebane). Brad was prompt in setting up an appointment to discuss our needs. He was very helpful in guiding us in a window treatment and one that blended with our home and window style. He presented many choices and fabric variations. After we firmed up our choice he quickly emailed a detailed quote which plainly showed pricing depending on fabric tier. We made our decision and Brad promptly placed the order and let us know that it would take approximately two weeks. In two weeks he reached out to discuss a convenient time to schedule an install appointment. Brad and Matt were very professional and we were comfortable having them in our home.We would highly recommend Made in the Shade and would not hesitate to be a repeat customer.Posted on GoogleRainer S315 days agoVery professional work. Everything is looking great.Posted on GoogleBert D315 days agoBrad did an amazing job recently by making our whole house look a lot better. To start with, Brad knew his job and showed us a great selection of quality products and materials we could choose from. Our project included installing roller shades in all of the windows. Some of these were also outfitted with drapery and valances But most amazing though was how Brad designed and installed a more than 12 ft wide, floor to ceiling, 3 panel Roman Shade with a beautiful one-piece Valence on top. All power supplies and electronics for remote operation were professionally installed by Brad as well. Highly recommended!Posted on GoogleJason V316 days agoGreat company to work with.
